Stunting remains a major public health issue affecting human resource quality, requiring community-based prevention efforts. This community service aimed to improve community knowledge, attitudes, and practices in preventing stunting through the Healthy Village Program based on multidisciplinary collaboration. The method used a participatory approach, including nutrition education, training on processing local-based nutritious food, clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) education, and cadre assistance. The results showed an increase in knowledge based on pre-test and post-test scores, improved community attitudes toward nutrition, and enhanced skills in fulfilling family nutritional needs. In addition, community participation and utilization of local food resources also increased. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach is effective in supporting stunting prevention. Therefore, this program is important to be sustainably developed at the village level.
