Menggali Potensi Guru SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Buku Ajar Digital Sederhana

Abstract

This service activity is motivated by the lack of activities that can accommodate teachers at Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang Elementary School to have their own textbooks that are in accordance with child development. While we know that students are now more interested in digital learning. Therefore, this activity aims to carry out training in making digital textbooks for subject teachers and class teachers in partner schools. The textbooks made by participants are textbooks for at least one learning meeting in the classroom that have been adjusted to the learning indicators of each subject. After the training activities, a questionnaire was given to each participant. The results showed that  92.04% of participants  were very satisfied with the activities that had been carried out. This proves that training activities provide benefits for participants. The usefulness of the activity is evidenced by the results of digital textbooks obtained by each participant which can be directly used in classroom learning. The success of the activity can also be seen from the increasing knowledge of participants about how and what tools are needed in making digital textbooks that not only contain text and material but can also be inserted with various images and learning videos. This activity is expected to be a meaningful experience for trainee teachers and can be used in making other teaching books that are more interesting.
