Optimalisasi Dampak Ekonomi Pada Desa Wisata Rintisan Energi Alternatif Melalui Pelatihan Promoting and Guiding

The existence of tourism villages is one of the driving wheels for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which has multiple effects on society. However, pilot tourist villages such as Mundu Tourism Village still have a lot of homework to achieve these goals, especially in the economic aspect. [This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the Pesona Mundu Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in marketing the tourist village. This service is carried out with the stages of preparation, counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation. The educational media used in the activity include Microsoft excel, Canva and powerpoint applications. The results of the evaluation of marketing strategy counseling activities showed a significant impact on participants' understanding between before and after counseling. The tour guide training showed the opposite. The mentoring process produces a variety of tour packages that are outlined in the design of pamphlets and guidebooks. With this empowerment, Pokdarwis as the driving force has sufficient knowledge and skills to market tourism products. So that the positive effects can be felt by the local community
