This community service activity aims to provide kokedama making training to students of SMKN 3 Banda Aceh as an effort to improve their skills and entrepreneurial insight in the field of ornamental plants. Kokedama is a Japanese technique of planting ornamental plants using a ball-shaped soil medium coated with moss, and it has now developed into a decorative product with economic value. The implementation methods of the activity include material presentation, demonstration, and direct practice by the participants. The results of the activity show that the students were very enthusiastic and able to produce kokedama with high creativity. In addition to improving technical skills, this training also broadened students' insights into the business potential of ornamental plants. This activity is expected to become a model for developing entrepreneurial skills in vocational schools.
