Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement renewable energy technology in remote areas that have limited access to conventional energy sources in the Kuala Lumpur area of ??Malaysia. In this activity, students are expected to work together with the local community to implement various renewable energy solutions, such as solar panels and small-scale wind turbines, which are adjusted to local geographic conditions and needs. The approach used does not only focus on the installation of technological devices, but also on educating the community about how to operate, maintain, and the long-term benefits of using renewable energy. Through this program, it is hoped that positive changes can be created in the lives of people in remote areas, by increasing access to clean and sustainable energy. In addition, this activity also provides an opportunity for students to develop practical skills in the field of renewable energy engineering, while deepening their understanding of the importance of the role of technology in sustainable development. The results of this activity show that the application of renewable energy in remote areas not only allows people to meet their daily energy needs, but also opens up opportunities for local economic development by reducing dependence on conventional energy sources that are not environmentally friendly..
